About – Diego and Viton Creative Team

Some people say two heads are better than one. We’re totally on board with that.

In our case, it’s two half-Brazilian, half-Portuguese creatives who’ve been at it for over 20 years. Along the way, we’ve been fortunate to pick up some nice recognition, including two recent Cannes Grand Prix for Magnetic Stories and Portuguese (Re)Constitution.

After spending time at great agencies in Brazil and Portugal, we’ve landed at AREA 23 in New York. Diego heads up The Refinery as SVP Creative Director—a space focused on stretching ideas, visuals, and craft. Viton is SVP Group Creative Director, working on concepts and copy for some of the agency’s most iconic brands. We just celebrated winning Healthcare Agency and Network of the Year at Cannes, which was a pretty big deal.
